Do you want to lose as much as nine pounds every eleven days? Do you always find yourself drawn to fad diets? If you answer yes to these questions, then it is time you discover the newest diet program-Fat Loss 4 Idiots.

This program may sound insulting at first, but once you familiarize yourself with how it works, then you will be convinced to follow it. Unlike many weight-loss programs, Fat Loss 4 Idiots is not a heavy book containing a lot of explanations for how things work–it is simply a web-based generator that helps you create a daily meal depending on your preferences. It includes four healthy meals that are to be taken continuously in 11 days in order to achieve the promised result. The meals usually consist of fiber, protein, carbohydrates, and fats, which are constantly being rotated during the 11-day period. All you need to do every day is to type in your food preferences and the software will generate a healthy meal just for you.

It is nothing complicated compared to reading a 400-page book about how to lose weight.

Fat Loss 4 Idiots also promises foolproof guides that will help you realize the mistakes you once made with dieting and make you realize the real facts. They convince you that diets with low fat food, low carbohydrates, and low calories are useless and ineffective. They have created a program that enables dieters to lose weight and at the same time still be able to eat the food that they like, with the exception of alcohol. In this program, alcohol is limited to only one shot per day.

Despite their idiot-proof ways to lose weight effectively, the Fat Loss 4idiots may not work for everyone. It can be quite discouraging if you follow this program and cannot reach the desired result in 11 days.

However, this program has a lot of advice about eating the right kind of food. The developers of this program believe that if you deprive yourself from healthy foods, the only thing you can ever achieve is an unhealthy body. The same thing goes for using pills that make you believe they can reduce your weight like magic. If you use this program, be sure not to pressure yourself. Follow the advice carefully and never jump to conclusions.

There is a wide variety of food that is suitable for your bearded dragon. It is both easy and inexpensive to create a great beardie meal. However there are some things you might like to know. Below are a number of tips to help you to prepare the ideal bearded dragon lunch.

Tip #1
A good place to start looking for good quality food is right in your own home. A leftover salad is perfect as it requires no effort to make and will actually help to dispose of those unwanted scraps. However be careful of lettuce as this has no nutritional content. Also it’s not a very good idea to apply salad dressing or seasoning to your beardies food. A great idea is to set aside a portion for your beardie before you apply these flavorings. You can apply the same principle to vegetables and fruit also.

Tip #2
Cut the food into a size no larger than the distance between your beardies eyes.

If it is cut too large your beardie is likely to experience problems with digestion. Adults can generally be fed human portion sizes, but judge for yourself as it will depend on the size and maturity of your dragon. It’s very important that you never feed juveniles or babies food that is too big for them to eat. This tip is of most importance when they’re feeding on insects, however it applies to all other foods as well.

Tip #3
Be very selective about the insects you give to your beardie. Under no circumstances should it ever be fed fireflies. They are extremely toxic! Limit the use of mealworms as they can have very tough skin and cause impaction in your beloved pet. Also be careful of collecting your own insects in the backyard as these may have been exposed to chemicals which are harmful to bearded dragons such as herbicides, pesticides and fertilizers.

Tip #4
Vegetables should make up 85% of your bearded dragons diet. However also supply a portion of insects such as grasshoppers, moths and flies as they are a great source of protein. To round it all out, provide fruit and flowers. They are a natural addition to their diet and promote good health.

Tip #5
Lastly, always provide plenty of water. Although they are desert dwelling animals and very good at conserving water, it is also essential that they have some available. Some suggestions are to keep a water dish in the enclosure or to spray their food with water before feeding.

You are what you eat. The bulges and ugly bumps that you are now trying so hard to get rid of through those tiring sit ups, crunches or long runs in the park are just mere manifestations of your unhealthy eating habits. Of course, having a sound exercise routine can help you shed those unnecessary fats but it is also equally important that you follow a healthy diet.

There are so many foods that can help you lose weight. They are packed with nutrients, vitamins and minerals that enable your body to burn fat without sacrificing energy production. Through the ingestion of foods that are rich in fiber and low in calories, you avoid food-cravings and overeating that are the biggest stumbling blocks to fulfilling your weight loss goals. So to answer the question above, we’ve decided to give you the lowdown on foods that help you lose weight. You should include these superfoods in your daily diet so you don’t only shed those extra pounds, you keep them off for good.

* Fruits and vegetables. If youre talking about weight loss, nothing beats the vitamins, minerals and fiber that a rainbow of fruits and vegetables give. They’re rich in fiber that fills you up and sweeps your digestive tract clean at the same time. They’re also chockfull of antioxidants that protect you from various diseases and decelerates the aging process. So load up on your raspberries, blueberries, strawberries, apples, grapefruits, oranges and pears. Don’t forget your asparagus, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, broccoli and carrots the next time you pick your groceries. Aim to take at least 6 servings of fruits and vegetables everyday to optimize your weight loss program.

* Whole Grains. The less processed your breads, pasta and cereals get, the better. Whole grains are full of B vitamins and important minerals that boost your metabolism and aid in fat loss. Not only do whole wheat varieties have low-glycemic indexes, they are also full of fiber that satisfy even your most intense cravings. Stock up on muesli, oatmeal and brown rice.

* Lean Proteins. Beef and pork aren’t all that bad for weight loss, provided you trim all obvious fat and go for the lean portions. The thermic effect of protein assures you that as much as 30% of the calories in lean proteins like skinless chicken, turkey and fish are used in the process of digesting it. As much as possible, go for grass-fed cows since they have more omega 3 fatty acids. Eggs also help you lose the fat. Whey protein, meanwhile, is a fat-digesting, muscle-building superfood that comes from milk. Add it to your fruit shakes. They are great energy boosters especially if taken after each workout session. Aside from the fat-burning qualities, whey protein enhances the immune system as well.

* Healthy Fats. Monounsaturated Fatty Acids (MUFAs) actually prevent food cravings even as it lowers your cholesterol levels. Sesame oil, flaxseed oil, olive oil and avocados are just some examples of healthy fats that do not only burn their more unsightly brothers and sisters, they also balance blood sugar levels and prevent insulin spikes.

Knowing what to feed your baby in the early stages is a little easier because she will be on liquid diet of breast milk or formula (preferably breast milk when possible). But what happens when it’s time to start introducing soft solid foods? Your pediatrician will help guide you on when to start introducing solids but generally the main diet for babies up to six months should be breast milk or formula.

When you start introducing solid foods it should be foods like soft cereals — rice, barley or oat — and pureed or mashed fruits and vegetables. Watch baby to make sure there isn’t a reaction to the new foods and note anything you notice. Fruits that are good starters include bananas, applesauce, avocado, peaches, mango and plum to name a few. Vegetables that are good starters include sweet potato, pumpkin, carrots and peas to name a few. The fruit should be mashed and pureed and the vegetables should all be cooked, mashed and pureed.

Many are finding that homemade baby food is cheaper and many feel healthier than commercial baby food.

Homemade baby food is fresher and you have complete control of the ingredients so you know exactly what’s in the food; there aren’t any fillers just nutritious food.

Don’t panic, making baby food isn’t that difficult. Choose the foods you want to make, cook those foods until they are somewhat soft, let them cool, then put them in food processor or blender and puree. You can also use an immersion blender to puree the foods to make it that much easier. You can use water, breast milk or formula to mix the puree if needed.

Baby feeding with homemade foods can be a lot of fun as you create combinations and start learning your baby’s likes and dislikes.

It also feels better feeding your baby something you made instead of something that came in a jar. It’s easy to freeze and store so you can have food on hand and ready at any time.

Baby feeding is an important part of your baby’s first years. After all baby is quickly growing and developing, needing nutrient rich foods to help the little system become it’s best. You don’t want to feed empty calories. Everything baby eats should have nutritional value.
